Casual Raiding

Casual raiding is for everyone in the guild (level permitting). It’s a great way to get gear beyond what 5-mans provide you. It’s also great to quickly gear up characters that recently made level 80.
Invitation Rules
For casual raids, everyone is invited. As such, there is usually a big line of people ready to go. Being a casual raid, there will be priority placed on players that could benefit from the gear dropped in these raids. Some of the veteran raiders may be asked to give up their spot in favor of those who would most benefit..

In general, the invitation rules are simple:

• We take the first two tanks to sign up
• We take the first two healers to sign up
• We take the rest as DPS in order of sign up time.

In the end, final raider selection is up to the Raid Leader. Raid Leaders hold the responsibility of choosing a group that will benefit the raid as a whole in order to make it successful(and save us all repair bills).
Expectations
Casual raiding has no expectations in terms of gear, but we do expect each person to pay full attention and be willing to learn.
