We might keep an eye to see where Hammerfist chooses too, I know some of our buddies from there were talking about playing.

Inside sources tell me that Hammerfist Clan will be on Eternal Grove, so perhaps we go there too.

For those who didn't get to participate in beta weekend, I threw up a big post on my blog about it. Lots of screenshots, and broke down what I felt were the strong and weak points.

Great read Bel! I agree on pretty much every count. I liked the Scaryworlds article you linked too.
My biggest complaint was a lack of tutorial. I didn't have a lot of time to play and felt like I spent most of the time I did have trying to figure out how things worked. I never even noticed the de-levelling in the lower areas.
As a Free to play game, I think it's going to be pretty awesome.

Eternal Grove is currently our official server for Beta.
Since it's only a few of us playing GW 2 – Arious, Falc and myself joined the Hammerfist Clan guild for GW2 (You can apply on their website). If it ends up more Strikers decide to play and we want our own guild, we can always form the guild there. In a game with such massive World vs. World PVP, a 10 man guild isn't very effective, so we made the choice to join our friends from HFC and it looks like that guild will be fairly sizeable.

Tarnished Coast will be our server for GW2 launch.
I will attempt to make a Silent Strike chat channel (I'm not sure if that's possible yet) so you can find us if you aren't already guilded in Hammerfist Clan.
I'll post character names here, once I've made them :)

Still learning the interface but I have made Smuey/ranger and Stuey/Elementalist (smu was already taken!)
Either they are having trouble or my connection sucks tonight but its dropping me about every 10 minutes so going to call it a night. Maybe tomorrow i can figure out how to do more than run around a circle and blow things up (i'm good at that… specially running around a circle… i'm damn good at that!)
