Since 2000 Silent Strike has existed as more than a bunch of people that play online games together. Many of us have developed friendships that exist far beyond the digital realm. I’d like to take this opportunity, during the holiday of thanks to express my gratitude to everyone who has worn the Silent Strike guild tag, in games past and present.

Star Wars the Old Republic Beta Keys

If you didn’t get into the beta for SWtOR and would like to try it out, lots of websites are giving away beta codes for this upcoming weekend (11/18).

Just a reminder we need 1 more person to pre-order to deploy the guild at launch. Otherwise it will have to wait until someone reaches Coruscant at level 10 and has the credits to make it happen. You can join the guild HERE then once you activate your pre-order code you will help to launch the guild.
From the Embers – Rift Patch 1.6 November 16

The 6th major content patch since March will appear live on servers next week. Patch 1.6 brings an entire new continent worth of content to the game the the lost homeland of the Kelari, Ember Isle. There have also been lots of class updates, item updates and a whole new 5-man dungeon (the largest yet with 11, yes 11!! bosses!!) with both normal and 2 expert modes. Rift is also ready for the holidays with the new Fae Yule event.

The Force is not strong enough

I know we have quite a few guild friends who are interested in Star Wars the Old Republic MMO. The game has just entered Phase 3 of the guild formation process and we are 1 (just one!) person short of being ready to deploy as a guild upon launch. Even if you plan to play on the Sith side or another server, if you have no other guild commitments it would be great if you could “join” us by redeeming your pre-order code and signing up with Silent Strike (Republic) so that we can have the guild already formed when the game launches in December.
We have already formed an alliance with Order of the White Mask (you may know some of their members from House Stalwart in WoW).
